PLGshop: refers to a web-based e-commerce platform.

 

Account registration and use

You confirm that before you start to register to use the PLGshop platform services, you should have appropriate civil capacity.

In addition, you also need to ensure that you are not the subject of trade restrictions, sanctions or other laws and rules imposed by any country, international organization or region, otherwise you may not be able to register and use the PLGshop platform services normally.

 

You have the right to log in to PLGshop using the PLGshop username, email, and mobile phone number you set or confirmed (hereinafter referred to as "account name").

 

When you register as a PLGshop platform user and accept PLGshop platform services, you should provide PLGshop with real and effective contact information (including your email address, contact number, contact address, etc.). If your contact information changes, you have Obligation to update relevant information in a timely manner and remain available for contact.

[User-Initiated Termination] You have the right to terminate this Agreement in any of the following ways:

 

(1) When you meet the account cancellation conditions announced by PLGshop, you cancel your account through the website self-service;

 

(2) You stop using the service before the changes take effect and express your unwillingness to accept the changes;

 

(3) You expressly express your unwillingness to continue using the PLGshop platform services and meet the PLGshop platform termination conditions.

[Termination initiated by PLGshop] When the following circumstances occur, PLGshop may notify you to terminate this agreement in the manner listed in this agreement:

 

(1) If you violate the terms of this agreement, PLGshop terminates this agreement based on the breach of contract clause;

 

(2) If you misappropriate other people's accounts, publish prohibited information, defraud others of property, sell fakes, disrupt market order, use unfair means to make profits, etc., PLGshop will seal your account in accordance with the platform rules;

 

(3) In addition to the above circumstances, because you have repeatedly violated the relevant provisions of the PLGshop platform rules and the circumstances are serious, PLGshop has sealed your account in accordance with the platform rules;

 

(4) Your account is recovered by PLGshop in accordance with this agreement;

 

(5) Other circumstances that warrant termination of service.

[User Information Disclosure] After the termination of this agreement, PLGshop has no obligation to disclose any information in your account to you or a third party designated by you, unless otherwise expressly provided by law.

 

[PLGshop rights] After the termination of this agreement, PLGshop still enjoys the following rights:

 

(1) Continue to save the various types of information listed in this agreement that you have retained on the PLGshop platform;

 

(2) For your past breach of contract, PLGshop can still pursue liability for breach of contract from you in accordance with this agreement.

 

[Transaction Processing] After the termination of this agreement, for the transaction orders you generated during the duration of this agreement, PLGshop can notify the transaction counterparty and decide whether to close the transaction orders according to the wishes of the transaction counterparty; if the transaction counterparty requires continued performance , you shall continue to perform this Agreement and the stipulations of the transaction order with respect to such transaction orders, and bear any losses or increased expenses incurred thereby.
